The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was right in the heart of the town and close to a square with nice restaurants. the hotel was directly in the tram line to Venice, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-decorated bathrooms. The breakfast provided a nice variety of options, including fresh fruit delivered to the room.

The Wi-Fi connection at the hotel was unreliable at times.

Het ontbijt was uitstekend en de locatie in het centrum van de stad was ideaal. Daarnaast was de bediening zeer vriendelijk en het personeel stond altijd voor ons klaar. Ook de faciliteiten in het hotel waren goed, zoals de parkeergelegenheid en het vervoer naar de dichtstbijzijnde bezienswaardigheden. Alles was zeer schoon en goed onderhouden. We waren erg tevreden met ons verblijf.

Niets om niet van te houden. Ons enige minpunt was dat het bed een beetje aan de krappe kant was.

our stay at venice friends was delightful - such kind hosts, comfortable rooms with a cozy cot for our child, and a spacious living room and kitchen. easy access to venice by tram, and plenty of great restaurants nearby. highly recommended for families!

weak air conditioner in the room

Saad and his family made us feel right at home throughout our stay. The room was perfect and the breakfast was excellent. The location was ideal, with tram and bus stops just across the road, making it convenient for us to visit Venice. Additionally, Mestre itself is a lovely town worth exploring. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this B&B.
